Who we are
Firecrackers-HI is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit girls fast-pitch softball club, and we are part of the Firecrackers Softball Inc. organization.
Our mission is to develop confident, disciplined, and resilient young athletes through competitive fast-pitch softball while emphasizing teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Rooted in the values of Hawaiʻi ʻohana, respect (kuleana), and perseverance (paʻa), we provide structured training, high-level competition, and positive mentorship for girls 18 and under, creating opportunities both on and off the field.
Firecrackers-HI is committed to removing financial barriers to participation by supporting families through fundraising, sponsorships, and need-based assistance when resources allow. We strive to build a supportive, inclusive environment where athletes uplift one another, honor their community, and grow together as a team—he pūʻulu hoʻokahi (one united group). Our athletes represent Hawaiʻi with pride, humility, and integrity, carrying the spirit of aloha into every practice, game, and life pursuit.
